Terms and Conditions

General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Amin 99 Hausservice, owner Tufan Yavuz, Bodenwerderschestr str.46, 37619 Bodenwerder, Germany. § 1 Scope These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for moving, transport, clearance, rental and other house services between Amin 99 Hausservice (hereinafter "Contractor") and the customer (hereinafter "Client"). Deviating conditions of the Client are not recognized unless the Contractor expressly agrees to their validity in writing. § 2 Conclusion of Contract and Quotes Quotes of the Contractor are non-binding unless expressly designated as a fixed-price offer. A contract is concluded by written (including e-mail) or verbal order confirmation or by performance of the service. Inquiries via the website's contact or inquiry form are non-binding. § 3 Scope of Services The scope of services is defined by the respective order confirmation. Hourly rates (e.g. for moving helpers or van with driver) are billed according to actual working time; started hours are charged in full unless otherwise agreed. § 4 Prices and Payment The prices agreed at the time of the order apply. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due immediately upon completion of the service without deduction. Payment is made in cash or by bank transfer. In the event of late payment, the Contractor reserves the right to charge statutory default interest. § 5 Appointments and Cancellation Agreed appointments are binding for both parties. If the Client cannot keep an appointment, the Contractor must be informed immediately. In case of short-notice cancellation (less than 48 hours before the appointment) or no-show, the Contractor may claim reasonable compensation. § 6 Client's Duties of Cooperation The Client ensures that the premises and transport routes are accessible at the agreed time and that sufficient parking is available. Valuables, cash, jewelry and important documents must be stored separately by the Client and are not part of the transport service. The Client must point out particularly fragile or valuable goods in advance. § 7 Liability The Contractor is liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence by the Contractor or its agents. In case of slight negligence, the Contractor is only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations and for injury to life, body or health. Obvious damage must be reported immediately, at the latest upon acceptance of the service; non-obvious damage within 7 days after completion. § 8 Rental When renting vans, moving aids or equipment, the renter undertakes to treat them with care and return them on time. The renter is liable for damage occurring during the rental period due to improper use. § 9 Data Protection Personal data is processed exclusively for contract execution. Details can be found in the privacy policy on the Contractor's website. § 10 Final Provisions The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. If individual provisions of these GTC are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a regulation that comes closest to its economic purpose.
